What lens coatings do you offer?
We have advanced coatings that are standard for all our eyewear: anti-reflective, anti-scratch, super-hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-fog coatings.
What are polarized lenses?
A polarized lens greatly reduces the glare caused by rays that reflect off flat surfaces, like water or the road. Polarized lenses reduce eye strain in sunny conditions.
Does Hodaoglass eyewear have UV protection?
All Hodaoglass eyewear provides 100% UVA and UVB protection.
What is the best way to care for my lenses?
Below are a few steps to keep your glasses looking their best:
- Always keep your glasses in the included case when you’re not using them.
- Wash your hands to remove oils from your skin prior to cleaning your glasses.
- Rinse the lenses with water prior to wiping them. This will remove any contaminants that could cause scratches or other damage to the lenses. Avoid using any harsh chemical cleaners.
- Any dirt, dust, or oils can be removed with water before using the provided microfiber bag.
- Avoid leaving them in a hot car or exposing them to chemicals like those found in chemical-based sunscreens, hairspray, cologne, kitchen cleaners, or alcohol.

Shipping and Delivery
What is the shipping fee?
Free shipping for orders over $39.99. For orders between $0.00-$39.98, the shipping fee is $10.00.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Yes.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Multiple products in a single order cannot be shipped to different addresses. The entire order can only be shipped to one address.
What if I haven’t received my order, or it is taking longer than expected?
Normally, the shipping time is 7 to 14 business days. If you haven't received your package yet, please contact our after-sales team, and we will provide compensation.
Returns
What is your return policy?
1. After placing an order, we will process it within 24 hours. If cancellation is initiated before shipment and within the cancellation window specified on the website, the order may be canceled.
2. After receiving the items , you have 30 days to decide whether the items are suitable for you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns or exchanges.
3. Returned items must be in unused condition and include the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or otherwise altered.
4. Only returns purchased and shipped from our .com website are accepted.
5. We will not accept any returned items without a proper return request.
6. We do not offer Freight Collect (FTC) services for returns. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
7. Please carefully check the returned items before shipping them back. We are not responsible for non-Hodaoglass products returned. Please note that original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.
8. If the return is due to a customer issue, the customer will bear the shipping cost, which depends on the courier service chosen. If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, we will bear the shipping cost.
How do I return an item?
1. Please contact our customer service through our website (after-sales email: support@hodaoglass.com, specific contact details may vary by country) and specify the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please package the items to be returned in their original packaging.
3. Take the package to your local post office and email us the return tracking number.
4. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
When will I receive my refund?
If after communication with customer service a full refund is confirmed, the refund will be processed immediately once the warehouse receives the returned shoes and they pass inspection.
