  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns for most items! To be eligible, please ensure your item is:

  • In its original, unworn, or unused condition.
  • With all original tags still attached.
  • Returned in its original packaging.

How to Start an Easy Return (Simple Steps):

  2. Get Your Return Label & Instructions:
    • If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions. (Please see "Return Shipping Fees" below).
  3. Send It Back: Carefully follow the instructions provided to ship your item back to us.

Important: To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for orders shipped outside the United States.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or style? The fastest way is to:
    1. Return the original item following the steps above.
    2. Once your return is accepted and processed, simply place a new, separate order for the item you want.

Refunds: How It Works

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. Notification: We will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.
  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  4. Timing: Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company (typically 5-10 business days).

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • To ensure your order arrives safely and is eligible for our return policy, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and refunds may not be processed in such cases.
